STRAWBERRY JAM

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries

3 tbs honey

Lemon juice

Orange zest

Orange juice

Directions

Easy and delicious! We add lemon juice instead of pectin. This jam will last in the fridge for a week. Enjoy with fresh sourdough or croissants.

STEP 1

Chop strawberries in small pieces.

STEP 2

In a heavy bottomed saucepan, mix together the strawberries, honey, lemon juice, orange zest, orange juice

STEP 3

Stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Increase heat to high, and bring the mixture to a full rolling boil. Boil, stirring often, until the mixture reaches 220 degrees F (105 degrees C).
