MIGAS (SCRAMBLE EGGS WITH TORTILLAS)

10 Tortillas

6 Eggs

Salt

Directions

This is a classic of classics. Such an easy and delicious breakfast, perfect for any weekday!

STEP 1

Cut the corn tortillas into 1-inch pieces with scissors.

STEP 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add 3 tablespoons of avo oil and let it get hot.

STEP 3

Add the tortillas to the pan, stirring often, until they are crisp and golden. About 8 minutes.

STEP 4

Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the eggs, add salt. Cook, stirring and scraping the bottom of the pan, until the egg is cooked.

STEP 5

Serve immediately with a good salsa!
