I love starting my morning with a green smoothie, and this one has a Mexican ingredient that I love, Nopal! It is full of fiber and it’s super healthy. I have a @vitamix and it blends the ingredients perfectly, if you don’t, you might want to use a colander, unless you like a chunky drink. Here’s how I make it:
STEP 1
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy this fresh and healthy drink!
