09 Jun CHICKEN WITH ROSEMARY, GARLIC AND LEMON
Ingredients
7 Chicken cutlets
2 Lemons
4 Garlic cloves
Rosemary leaves, minced
Avocado oil
Directions
This recipe is so easy and so delicious, you will please any crowd making this.
STEP 1
Salt and pepper the chicken.
STEP 2
In a ziploc bag, squeeze the lemons, press the garlic and ad the chopped rosemary.
STEP 3
Add the chicken into the ziploc bag, add more salt and pepper if necessary. Let it rest in the fridge for an hour or overnight. The lemon is going to make the chicken super tender.
STEP 4
Add avocado oil to a skillet, let it get hot and add the chicken.
STEP 5
Cook each side for a couple of minutes.
