About Me
Tümü was born from my passion for cooking and love for my country. Living in the USA and seeing the lack of real flavor and ingredients made me miss my food. I want to bring you a fresh, healthy, culinary experience respecting the recipes and cooking processes of Mexican cuisine. I want you to experience and travel to the real Mexico through my food.
Being outside of Mexico, we come to demonstrate what true Mexican cuisine is like to those who have never experienced it, to get closer to those who are looking for company far away from home, and to honor the recipes and techniques that we must preserve today.
Mexico is not only seen in its food, but in the colors of traditional kitchens, the materials of its tableware, the authentic fabrics and everything that revolves around the table.
In Mexico, each event or celebration is always accompanied by two things: good food and good friends. Every meal becomes a whole experience.
