Ingredients
5 Jalapeño peppers
1 Onions
4 Carrots
2 Garlic cloves
2 Bay leaves
4 Cloves
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 cup Water
Salt
Pepper
Fresh oregano

I love starting my morning with a green smoothie, and this one has a Mexican ingredient that I love, Nopal! It is full of fiber and it’s super healthy. I have a @vitamix and it blends the ingredients perfectly, if you don’t, you might want to use a colander, unless you like a chunky drink. Here’s how I make it:
STEP 1
On a hot comal, grill the habanero, onions, garlic and pineapple
STEP 2
Add to the blender the pineapple juice and charred ingredients and blend for a few second y listo! Enjoy this salsa with your favorite tacos!
