Ingredients

Organic, 90% fat free ground meat (a good meat makes a big difference in any meal)

Tomato

Lettuce

Onions

Cheese (any cheese you like)

Crema

Mostard

Ketchup

Pickled jalapeños (find my recipe on the website)

Brioche buns

Directions

Who doesn’t love a good burguer? What makes a good burguer? the meat, the bun, the sauce? I think there’s a combination and every single ingredient matters. There are so many burger recipes but this one is so flavorful and it makes it different from any other burguer. The adobo with the caramelized onions are to die for, the meat is so juicy and flavorful. My adobo is made with a variety of different dry peppers, onion, tomato and spices. It pairs well with any protein and veggies. It’s really a staple in my kitchen.

STEP 1

Add Tümü adobo and salt to the ground meat, mix thoroughly.

STEP 2

Shape your burgers.

Grill them or cook them on a hot skillet (I do not add any oil since the meat has fat, the trick here is not to flip it until its fully cooked the bottom side, cook for about 2 min each side, if you have a thicker burguer, then cook it longer)

STEP 3

Warm up the buns in the oven and add the cheese to melt.

Assemble your burguer, add all the ingredients and enjoy!
