This can be a delicious and healthy breakfast or a quick summer dessert. For 3 portions you’ll need:
STEP 1
Chop the fruit.
STEP 2
On a skillet add avo oil or butter (I personally don’t like butter that’s why I used oil, I also used a minimal amount so the fruit wouldn’t stick to the pan).
STEP 3
Add the fruit to grill both sides for a couple of minutes, it need to caramelize but do t let it get soggy.
STEP 4
On a plater make a bed of yoghurt.
STEP 5
Once fruit is done arrange it on the yoghurt, add the walnuts, honey comb in pieces and basil. Enjoy!
