ASIAN SALMON

Ingredients

Salmon

3 tbs Sesame seed oil

1-4 cups lemon juice

Grated Ginger

1/2 cup Coconut aminos

2 tbsp cup rice vinegar

Green onions

Sesame seeds

Dulce ( seaweed )

Avocado

Cabbage

Cucumber

Chipotle aioli.

1/2 dry chipotle peppers

½ cup plain greek yogurt

Salt

Pepper

Directions

I want to share with you a delicious dinner I made the other day and now I’m obsessed. I have a hate/love relationship with salmon and that day I was craving something different and my son really loved it, hope you do too. 🍣👇🏼

🔪 Instructions:

STEP 1

In a bowl combine sesame oil, lemon juice, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, green onions, grated ginger, and marinate the salmon.

STEP 2

Bake the salmon for 30 min at 350 F.

STEP 3

In the meantime, slice cabbage with a mandolin, and cut cucumbers, add some sesame seed oil.

STEP 4

When the salmon is done, sprinkle on top sesame seeds and dulce seaweed.

Complement it with a delicious Chipotle aioli. 👌🏼

STEP 5

Boil chipotle peppers until they are soft.

STEP 6

In a food processor, blend the yogurt, chipotle peppers (do not use the water) until everything is incorporated.
